Holland & sons Funeral Hone by the Rev. James Campbell, pastor of Boykins Baptist Church. Burial was in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins. Pallbearers were Charlie Francis, Michael Smith, George Smith, Rudolph Smith, B.V. Smith, R.W. Lee, Joe Burch and Jack Starnes. A native of Northampton County, she was the widow of George Washington Smith and a daughter of William Witt and Mrs. Martha Knight Pulley. She was a member of Boykins Baptist Church. Surviving are three daughters Mrs. Charles Harper, Chesapeake; Mrs. Fletcher Francis, Franklin; Mrs. Robert Crawford, Corte Madeira, Calif.; a step- daughter, Mrs. James L. Smith, Branchville; two sons; Ennis Smith, Roanoke Rapids, N.C., Robert L. Smith, Chesapeake and 16 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren. [Lula Ethel (PULLEY; Mrs. George W.)
