SALLIE DORCAS SMITH SMITH

   BOYKINS - A funeral service for Mrs. Sallie Dorcas Smith was conducted 
Tuesday at 3 p.m. in the McDowell Funeral Home by the Rev. Daniel M. Spell. 
Burial was in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins.

   Pallbearers were Dr. D.C. Williams, James Turner, Willie Ford, Russell 
Lewis, Pat Lewis, H.T. Smith, Wallace Winston Jr., and Rawlings E. Owens.

   Mrs. Smith, 82, died in the home of her sister-in-law, Mrs. R.C. Smith, 
near here Monday morning.

   A native of Southampton County, she was a daughter of Henry L. and Mrs. 
Emma Powell Smith and the widow of Henry Smith.

   She was a member of Hebron Baptist Church.

   Surviving are nieces and nephews.
