All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ ZACHARIAH TAYLOR SMITH Zachariah Taylor Smith Zachariah Taylor Smith died at his home near Clarksbury church Sunday night and was buried in Beechwood cemetery, Boykins, Tuesday afternoon at 3 o’clock, his pastor, Rev. H.P. Dalton of the Baptist church conducting the services. The pallbearers were C.L. Vick, W.W. Vick, J.R. Bryant, Walter H. Britt, B.F. Britt and H.V. Thornton. Deceased was 76 years of age and through most of his long life had held membership with the Baptist church here, where he has many friends who will cherish his memory and will miss his genial presence. He is survived by his wife and four children, Mrs. Jennie Rebecca Fuller, Geo. Washington Smith, Nathaniel T. Smith and Mrs. Emma Jane Johnson.
