NETTIE M. GRAY SAUNDERS

   The funeral of Mrs. Nettie M. Saunders, age 62, widow of the late John T. 
Saunders of Southampton County, was held in the Franklin Baptist Church 
Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, Rev. R.D. Stephenson, assisted by Rev. 
J.W. Fix, officiating.

   She is survived by two brothers, Geo. M. Gray of Franklin, R.E. Gray of 
Roanoke Rapids, N.C., and one sister, Mrs. Addie M. Beaton of Sedley. 
Interment took place at the Saunders* burying ground at Story's Station.
