A native of Chios, Greece, he lived at 417 E. Spring Ave. He was a retired restaurateur. He was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Maria Jones Theodorakis; six sons, Mike Theodorakis of Weirton, W. Va., Gus Theodorakis and Billy Theodorakis of Murfreesboro, Nick Theodorakis of Raleigh, George Theodorakis of Whiteville, and Johnny Theodorakis of Norfolk; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Zervos of Southfield, Mich. and Mrs. Fannie Musha of Tarpon Springs, Fla.; a brother, Gus Theodorakis of Chios, Greece; and 16 grandchildren. A prayer service will be held today at 5 p.m. in Holland Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in Meherrin Baptist Church by the Rev. Fr. Charles Goumenis of the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation, Norfolk. Burial will be in Poplar Spring Cemetery, Franklin, Va. Memorial donations may be made to Murfreesboro Rescue Squad or American Cancer Society.
