All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ Elizabeth Wade Turner Mrs. Elizabeth Wade Turner, 52, of 400 Norfleet Street, Franklin, died Friday in Norfolk General Hospital. She was the wife of James H. Turner and a native of Southampton County. She was a member of the Franklin Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Anna Wade Cobb of Franklin; three sons, Ronald Wayne Turner and Bruce Wade Turner, both of Franklin, and Stephen Barry Turner of Richmond. She is also survived by two brothers, Edward S. Wade of High Point, N.C., and John B. Wade of Ashland. A funeral service will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Franklin Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Ira D. Hudgins. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Courtland. The Wright Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
