PAUL TURNER 

   Paul Turner, son of the late Ralgie Turner and Mrs. Susie Beale Turner of 
Southampton County, died December 22 in his 52nd year.

   He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Susie Beale Turner; a brother, Harvey 
Turner, and a sister, Mrs. Lorenzo Drake of Sedley; four daughters, Shirley, 
Surretta, Jane and Fern.

   Services were held December 24 at 3 o’clock at Black Creek Baptist Church 
by the Rev. J.R. Stein of the Sedley Friends Church.  Burial was in the church 
cemetery.  Pallbearers were: J.M. Johnson, Crawley Edwards, Lorenzo Drake, 
Bennie Blythe, R.R. Lankford, Eddie Simms and R.J. Councill.
