He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Susie Turner; one daughter, Mrs. L.O. Drake; two sons, Harvey and Paul Turner, all of Southampton County. Funeral services were held at Black Creek Church Monday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock by the Rev. R.P. Welch. The pallbearers were: R.B. Scott, Jim Scott, L.O. Drake, T.J. Blythe, Jim Lankford, Ollie Lankford, John Womble and Elvin Whitley. Interment was made in the church cemetery.
