ANDREW LUTHER VICK 

  BRANCHVILLE - Andrew Luther Vick, 63, died in his home Thursday at 6:35 a.m. 
after a long illness. 

  A native of Battleboro, N.C., he lived in this area 27 years.  He was a 
retired lumbermill operator and stock buyer.  He was a member of Branchville 
Baptist Church. 

  He was a son of Van Burton and Mrs. Renna Fountain Vick and the husband of 
Mrs. Mary Freeman Vick. 

  Besides his widow, surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Gale Vick Bryan of Severn, 
N.C.; three brothers, Walter Thomas Vick and Levy Van Vick of Red Oak, N.C., 
and George Washington Vick of Rocky Mount, N.C.; and a sister, Mrs. Lillie 
Vick Taylor of Whittakers, N.C. 

  A funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Branchville Baptist 
Church by the Rev. John D. O'Cain.  Burial will be in Beechwood Cemetery, 
Boykins, with McDowell Funeral Home has charge.

   BRANCHVILLE - A funeral service for Andrew Luther Vick was conducted 
Saturday at 2 p.m. in Branchville Baptist Church by the Rev. John D. O’Cain. 
Burial was in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins, with McDowell Funeral Home in 
charge.

   Pallbearers were Clay Beasley, Gladys Reams, Alton Overby, Linton Grizzard, 
Lewis Clark and Herman Overby.

   Vick, 63, died in his home Thursday at 6:35 a.m. after a long illness.

   A native of Battleboro, N.C., he lived in this area 27 years.  He was a 
retired lumber mill operator and stock buyer.  He was a member of Branchville 
Baptist Church.
