DELLIE ROBERTSON VICK 

   COURTLAND - A funeral for Dellie Vick, 77, was held Sunday at 3 p.m. 
in Newsoms Baptist Church by the Revs. Kenneth Williams and Arthur Green. 
Burial was held in Hollywood Cemetery, Newsoms.  McDowell Funeral Home in 
Boykins was in charge.

   Pallbearers were: Thomas Cogsdale, James Cogsdale, Claude Drake Jr., 
Donnie Porter, Kenneth Porter, Marvin Cooke, Peter Vick, James Fuller, and 
Church Griffith.

   Vick died Friday in a hospital.

   A native of Southampton County, he was the husband of Mrs. Annie Mae Vick.

   He was a retired farmer.

   He was a member of Newsoms Baptist Church.

   Other survivors include a daughter, Jean V. Thomas of Richmond; four sons, 
Calvin B. Vick and Clifton V. Vick, both of Courtland, and Bobby C. Vick and 
Melvin C. Vick, both of Franklin; 17 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; 
and a great-great-grandchild.
