Walter S. Snowa and Dr. R.E. Brittle. Burial was in Southampton Memorial Park, with Wright Funeral Home in charge. Ms. Vaughan died Friday in Story Station. A native of Southampton County, she was a member of Hunterdale United Church of Christ. She was a supervisor with Virginia National Bank Mortage Co., of Richmond for over 20 years. Survivors include her mother, Alta H. Vaughan of Franklin; six sisters, Elizabeth V. Johnson and Kathryn V. Lamm of Franklin, Carolyn V. Porter of Newsoms, Anne V. Lamm of Jamesburg, N.J., Ester V. Simms of Lynchburg and Patricia V. Haynes of Sandston; three brothers, William W. Vaughan Jr., George F. Vaughan and Joseph E. Vaughan of Franklin; and several nieces and nephews.
