W. West, and youngest child, died on Thursday morning at 6:20 after a short illness. She was born March 6, 1936. Besides her parents she is survived by four brothers and two sisters, Chas. West, Jr., of Portsmouth, Walter, Russell and Marvin West, Margaret and Nancy West. A short service was held at the home conducted by Rev. George Kissinger and burial service conducted at the grave in Poplar Spring Cemetery, Franklin. The hymns she loved, "Jesus Loves Me" and "I Want to be a Sunbeam," were sung. The pallbearers were W.C. Rawls, R.E. Stewart, L.T. Saunders and J.T. Faircloth.
