The deceased was the husband of the late Mrs. Rosa Turner Westbrook of Sebrell, and son of the late William B. and Virginia Ann Jones Westbrook of Prince George County. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Virginia W. Brooks of Sebrell and Mrs. India W. Phillips of Sandston; four grandchildren; and one sister, Miss Amanda Westbrook of Highland Springs. Final rites were conducted at the grave in Riverside Cemetery, Courtland, on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock by Rev. Paul G. Wiley, pastor of Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church, Norfolk. The pallbearers were Edgar Turner, Gillette Turner, Reginald B. Turner Jr. Shelley Turner, Col. H L. ........
