R. G. Kendrick, pastor of Park View Baptist Church, Portsmouth, assisted by Rev. H.P. Dalton of the Boykins Baptist Church. The pallbearers were C.T. Beaton, E.H. Gizzard, E.R. Bryant, J.D. Ferguson, Guy T. Horner and S.J. Myrick. The deceased was born and reared in Boykins, being the youngest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jordan B. Weston, whose death about six and five years ago, respectively, caused the breaking up of the old home. She is survived by two brothers, J.V. Weston of Charleston, S.C. and J.P. Weston of Portsmouth; and four sisters, Mrs. Dora A. Hill, Mrs. Loulie Wylie and Miss Katherine Weston of Portsmouth and Mrs. C.L. Corbitt of Salem, all of whom were present at the burial yesterday, besides a number of other near relatives. "Pauline", as she was familiarly known here, was an earnest consecrated Christian girl, uniting with the Baptist Church when quite a child. She was always identified with the activities of the church and we feel that she had gone to reap the reward of the "finally faithful."
