Wade Dies In Southampton FRANKLIN, Va., May 17 - Mrs. Annie Maie Wade, aged 58 years, well-known resident of Black Creek community and daughter of the late L.H. Carr and Mrs. Sallie Carr of Isle of Wight county, and wife of J.K. Wade of Southampton county, died Monday night at her home after an illness of six years. Besides her husband and mother, Mrs. Wade is survived by two daughters, Mrs. R.L. Lewis and Mrs. L.H. Brown, two sons, Linwood and Willie Wade, all of Southampton county; one sister, Mrs. E.T. Carr, of Windsor, and one brother, Mr. Claude Carr of Walters, and a number of grandchildren and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held in Black Creek school building, Wednesday afternoon at four o'clock by the Rev. W.B. Watson, with interment in Black Creek cemetery.
