WHITE A Probable Serious Gunning Accident - [...] FELL AND SHOT HIMSELF. - A probably fatal gunning accident occurred lately in Southampton county, near Boykins. Jeter, the 14-year old son of Mr. W.G. White, while out hunting, fell from a log and accidently discharged the gun, the whole load of shot entering the top of his head. When found he was unconscious and at last accounts there seemed little hope of recovery. ****************************************************************************** Jeter White, Who Recently Shot Himself by Accident, Dies of His Wounds - [...] DIED OF HIS INJURIES. - Jeter White, who was recently mentioned as having accidently shot himself, while out gunning, at his home near Boykins, died this week of his injuries after lingering several days. The circumstances of the death render it peculiarly distressing to the parents. Jeter B. WHITE, son of William G. & Missouri O. (MADDREY) WHITE, accidentally shot self, d.
