She was a member of the Courtland Baptist Church, the W.M.U. and the Story Bible Class. Surviving are two sons, James F. Woodard, Jr., of Courtland and Prince Briggs Woodard, of Fredericksburg; five grandchildren, Mrs. Diane W. Marks, of Franklin, Mrs. Blenda W. Armistead, of Charlesville, Miss Susan P. Woodard, Fredericksburg, Nelson Prince Woodard, Fredericksburg, James Dudley Woodard, of Atlanta, Ga., and three great-grandchildren. A funeral service will he held Tuesday at 11 A.M. at the graveside, Riverside Cemetery, by the Rev. Robert Bailey and the Rev. Edmund Ellis. Memorials may be made to the Courtland Baptist Church Building Fund or the Courtland Rescue Squad. Wright Funeral Home in charge arrangement. Ida Mae (PRINCE; Mrs. James D.
