Wills, age 91, of Courtland, died Sunday at 6:20 a.m. in a Richmond hospital after a long illness. A native of Southampton County, she was a daughter of Junius and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Edwards Williams and the widow of Julius H. Wills. She was a Deputy Clerk of Court for Southampton County for fifty years, a member of the Courtland United Methodist Church of where she directed the choir for many years. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held today (Monday) at 4 p.m. in Riverside Cemetery, Courtland by Rev. C.B. King. W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home, Franklin in charge. A native of Southampton County, she was a daughter of Junius and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Edwards Williams and the widow of Julius H. Wills. She was deputy clerk of court for Southampton County for 50 years and a member of Courtland United Methodist Church where she directed the choir for many years.
