I.C. Wills, of Southampton County, and the oldest resident of Franklin, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.C. Council, on Clay street, yesterday afternoon at two thirty o’clock. She is survived by four daughters and two sons, Mrs. Lucy Robertson, of Virginian Beach; Mrs. J.C. Council, Mrs. J.R. Knight, and Mrs. Sallie Wills Cobb, of Franklin, Dr. I.H. Wills, of Norfolk, and James W. Wills, of Baltimore. Funeral services will be conducted from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. J.C. Councill, on Clay street, Saturday morning at 11 o’clock, by her pastor, the Rev. K.E. Burke, of Sycamore Baptist Church. Interment will be made in Poplar Spring cemetery. ****************************************************************************** Mrs. Wills Dies In Franklin Yesterday A message was received in Suffolk yesterday telling of the death of Mrs. Margaret Wills, widow of Captain I.C. Wills, of Franklin, which occurred at home in Franklin yesterday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. Mrs. Wills was grandmother of Mrs. Walter F. Story, of this city.
