A native of South Quay, Old Nansemond County, she was a life member of South Quay Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Wesley F. Wills of Franklin; a sister, Mrs. Maude D. Gwaltney of Central Hill; a brother, P.O Duck Jr. of Sedley; and three grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley by the Rev. Donald Trump.
