DEATH OF CHARLES P. WILSON 

  Charles Pritchard Wilson died Saturday afternoon at the home of his son, 
S.J. Wilson, in Boykins.  He was born Nov. 30, 1857, in Charleston, S.C., the 
son of the late Charles P. and Rebecca Wilson [sic*].  He is survived by his 
wife, Mrs. Emma Judkins Wilson, of Ordelle, N.J., a daughter, Mrs. Laura 
Mangin of Ordelle, N.J., two sons, B.F. Wilson of Ocean View and S.J. Wilson 
of Boykins. 

  Funeral services were conducted from the Wilson residence in Boykins Sunday 
afternoon by Rev. Frank B. Handley.  Interment was made in Beechwood Cemetery. 
Active pallbearers were: W. Hugh Powell, W.W. White, Jr., W.F. McKinstry, H.M. 
Drewry, J.M. Hill and Roscoe G. Edwards.  Honorary: Dr. J.M. Bland, B.F. 
Britt, A.P. Minshew, C.B. Rock, J.H. Barnes, J. Tom Davis, L.A. Hill and T.H. 
Porter.
