Mrs. Beulah V. Williams 

  Mrs. Beulah Virginia Williams, 72, widow of Robert Cooper Williams, died in 
her sleep Sunday afternoon, July 9, about 2 o'clock at her home in Sedley. 
She had been in failing health for some months but was able to attend church 
services Sunday morning. 

  The deceased was a daughter of the late Joseph and Sarah Frances Bowen Moore 
of Norfolk County and was a member of Grace Memorial Church. 

  She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. B.F. Hancock Jr., of Sedley, Mrs. 
J.D. Saunders of Windsor, and Mrs. M.G. Barrett of Alexandria; and four sons, 
C.C Williams of Raleigh, N.C., Rev. R.I. Williams of Norfolk, and J.E. and 
L.N. Williams of Sedley; eleven grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Nannie Bass, 
and a brother, J.E. Moore, both of Richmond. 

  Funeral services for Mrs. Williams were held at Grace Memorial Church in 
Sedley at 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with her pastor, Rev. Otis L. Gilliam 
officiating.  Burial was in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley, the active pallbearers 
being Russell W. Owen, S.C. Turner, Kenneth G. Howell, Worth Collier, N.W. 
Willis, Walter Parsley, W.D. Hancock, and Britton Saunders.
