Williams of this community, died in Richmond Tuesday, August 12, the funeral being held from the family residence the following afternoon, conducted by Rev. H.P. Myers, pastor of Trinity M.E. Church, of which the deceased was a loyal and conscientious member. Her death is peculiarly sad in that she was a bright and winsome young woman of unusual promise, and although she had been given the best medical attention to be had her condition failed to respond to anything that skilled physical and loving hands could do for her. She is survived by her parents; three brothers, C.W., B.A., and W.S. Williams; and four sisters, Misses Laura, Eugenia, Allie and Susie Williams, besides a host of sorrowing friends.
