WILLIAMS Courtland, Va., June 5. - George W. Williams, aged 73, died at his home here yesterday. He is survived by a widow and six children, H.L. Williams, of Buchanan, Va.; G.K. Williams, of Suffolk, Va.; Mrs. George W. Moore, Mrs. J.E. Gillette, and Mrs. M.R. Bryant, of Courtland, and Mrs. J.W. Edwards, of Sedley, Va. He is also survived by two brothers and one sister, R.N. Williams and Mrs. James E. Rowe, of Courtland, and H.K. Williams, of Ivees, and a host of other relatives and friends throughout this section of the State. Mr. Williams was a veteran of the Civil War. Interment will occurs in Riverside cemetery, Courtland, this afternoon at 3 o'clock.
