HUGH WILTON WILLIAMS

   IVOR - Hugh Wilton Williams, 76, a retired farmer, died in a Suffolk 
hospital Tuesday after a long illness.

   A native of Southampton County, he was a son of Henry K. and Mrs. Mary 
Hancock Williams.  He was a member of Ivor Methodist Church.

   Surviving are two sisters, Miss Dona V. Williams and Miss Mary E. Williams 
of the home.

   A funeral service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m.  Purviance Funeral 
Chapel, Wakefield, by the Rev. Edward B. Owens.  Burial will be in Ivor 
Cemetery.

   Pallbearers will be Howard Hancock, Hubert T. Hancock, Romie Hancock, W.B. 
Hancock, Ellis Hancock and G. Leroy Bryant.
