JOSEPH NICHOLAS WILLIAMS 

  Suffolk, Va., Mar. 2. - (Special.) - [...] 

        Died In Southampton. 

  Joseph Williams died this week near Courtland, Va.  He had recently returned 
from Asheville, N.C., and death came at the home of his father, G.W. Williams. 
The funeral was conducted by Rev. T.G. Pullen of the Methodist church. 


Joseph Nicholson WILLIAMS, 
b. 19 Feb 1872, Southampton Co., 
d. 27 Feb 1905, at father's home, near Courtland, 
interred in the DAVIS family cemetery*, Plank Rd., 
"Virginian-Pilot" (Norfolk, VA), Vol. 24, No. 53, Fri., Mar. 3, 1905, p. 6

He is buried with his maternal grandparents Joseph Benjamin Franklin & 
   Eliza Jane (LAMB) DAVIS.
