Ira D. Hudgins. Burial was in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Williams died Saturday in Southampton Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Dinwiddie County and the husband of Bonnie Eure Williams. He was a retired supervisor of Union Camp Corp. and a member of Franklin Baptist Church. Other survivors include two daughters, Jane W. Butler of Franklin, and Shirley W. Wier of Suffolk; two sons, John Thomas Williams, Jr. of Kill Devil Hills, N.C. and Linwood Moore Williams of Franklin; and four grandchildren.
