Wellons, 86, of 3819 3rd St., North, died Sunday in a Northern Virginia hospital. A native of Franklin, she was a daughter of Frank W. and Mrs. Martha Bracey Rose and the widow of Levi T. Wellons Sr. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Shirley Jackson of Arlington, Mrs. Virginia Jennings of Waverly, and Mrs. Ruby Simpson of Delmar, Calif.; two sons, Levi T. Wellons Jr. of Bristol, Md. and John F. Wellons of College Park, Md. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in W.J.M. Holland and Sons Funeral Home, Franklin, by the Rev. Ira D. Hudgins. Burial will be in Sedley Cemetery. In lieu of Flowers, contributions may be made to Sedley Baptist Church. ****************************************************************************** Mrs. Sally R.
