[Special to The Times-Dispatch.] SUFFOLK, VA., March 23. - Mrs. Mary Sebrell Wynns, wife of Mr. Robert Wynns, died Sunday morning at her home in Courtland, Va., aged about thirty-seven years. She had been ill more than a month. The deceased is survived by a husband; infant daughter; father, William Sebrell; two brothers, Willie Joe Sebrell, of Courtland, and Marvin Sebrell, of Philadelphia; and one half-sister, an infant. The funeral took place this afternoon. An undated codicil exchanges Robert's original legacy of $10 for the residue of a tract of land on the road between Union & Liverman's mill - originally to have been sold - ten acres of the tract going each to Robert's half-siblings Henry & Cella WYNNS. Cella's tract adjoined S.S. HARRELL & J.J. DUKES. J.J. DUKES & Edd RIDDICK witnessed the will & codicil. The date of the probate is not recorded; Ancestry.com NC Wills and Probate Records gives 12 May 1903 in error. Starkey S. HARRELL of VA, formerly of NC, left will 11 Jan 1893, probated 17-18 Feb 1904.
