Worrell, age 52, died at his home in Newsoms last Saturday morning. He had been a sufferer for many years and had been confined to his bed for the past six months. He was a consistent member of the Methodist church and also a member of the W.O.W. He leaves to mourn their loss his widow, his daughters, Misses Pauline and Violet Worrell, and a son Jesse Worrell. The interment was made in the Newsoms cemetery in the presence of a large number of sorrowing relatives and friends. There were many handsome floral designs, emblems of love, respect and esteem.
