He was a member of Joyner’s Christian Church and was the son of the late Nathan and Emma Slade Worrell of this county. He had made his home with H.L. Brantley near Story Station. Services were held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the Holland Funeral Home, the Rev. Percy D. White of Courtland officiating. Burial took place in Poplar Spring Cemetery here.
