Worrell, widow of the late James L. Worrell, died last night at 8:30 o'clock at her residence, 428 Bart Street, aged 78 years. Mrs. Worrell is survived by two sons, J.R. and L.A. Worrell of Newsoms, Va.; four daughters: Mrs. Alice Biddle (Bittle), Mrs. R.M. Baker, Portsmouth; Mrs. J.A. Biddle (Bittle), Como, N.C. and Mrs. J.E. Spain, Newsoms, Va. and one sister, Mrs. J.B. Pope of Woodland, N.C. all of whom were at her bedside at the time of her demise. Mrs. Worrell was a native of Southampton County, Va. but had lived here for a number of years. She was a member of the Baptist church. Her remains will be taken to Newsoms, Va. via the Seaboard route tomorrow morning for interment. [Margaret Ann (FERGUSON; Mrs. James L.)
