Worrell, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. G.F. Clark, in this county Sunday night at 9:30 o’clock after a short illness, age 71 years. She is survived by three daughters, and three sons, Mrs. G.F. Clark of Southampton County, Mrs. J.H. Felts of Ivor, Mrs. P.W. Joyner of Zuni; B.R. Worrell of Ivor, P.E. Worrell of Zuni, C.J. Worrell of Norfolk; 20 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. R.L. Eley of Myrtle, Mrs. A.E. Darden of Norfolk; one brother, Dr. W.B. Richardson of Heathsville and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o’clock at Tucker’s Swamp Baptist Church, Zuni, conducted by the Pastor Rev. Gordon L. Price and burial was made in the church cemetery.
