Mr. Wrenn, a native of Hampton, was a member of Franklin Presbyterian Church. He was a student at the University of Virginia. He was a graduate of Southampton Academy, Courtland. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Wrenn; a sister, Meredith Allen Wrenn of Franklin; his maternal grandparents, Col. and Mrs. Edward G. Davis of Hampton; and his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde H. Wrenn Sr. of Danville. The funeral was conducted Wednesday in Franklin Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Joseph Slane. Burial was in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Wright Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to Stephen A. Wrenn Scholarship Fund, c/o Southampton Academy, Courtland, Va. 23837.
