Dr. Arthur's obituary states he was buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery, but he does 
not appear on the SCHS Cemetery Project list, though his parents are listed- 
Block F, Lots 77 & 78. 
It is noted that his mother's stone is buried; she is mentioned as critically 
ill in the obit and died in 1936. 
*The obituary gives Dr. Arthur's wife's maiden name as Bessie LAWLESS (m. 1906).

**Dr. Ernest A. de Bordenave, Sr. (1874-1936) frequently served as a pallbearer, 
at least three times with Dr. Arthur- for Commissioner of Revenue R. Herman COBB 
(13 Jan 1916), Fannie (BERKELEY; wife of Dr. William B.) BARHAM (May 1927), and 
John Alexander PRETLOW (25 Feb 1933) {though Dr. Arthur's name is misspelled 
"Author" in the first obit}.
