Item I give and bequeath unto my Son Jo["nath" struck]- nas Britt my land and plantation whereon I now live Containing thirty Eight acres be the Same more or less to him and his heirs forever but he Should die without lawful heir begotten of his body[written over something] body I give the Said land and plantation to my Son Joseph Britt to him and his heirs forever and if he Should, die without heir to my Son William Britt to him and his heirs forever Item I give unto my Son Jonathan Britt one Sorrell Colt to him and his heirs forever and lastly I do appoint my Brother Arring Britt to be my Whole and Sole Executor. to this my last Will and Testament disannulling and making void all other wills by me heretofore made.
