All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ Mary BRADSHAW (1843-10 Jun 1863), will dated 8 Jun 1861, recorded 20 Jul 1863 In the name of God Amen I Mary Bradshaw of the County of Southampton and state of Virginia do make my last will and testament. 1st It is my desire that all my executor hereafter named pay all my just debts. 2nd I give unto Leonidus Hundley all of my money and property to him and his heirs forever. 3rd I appoint James Hundley my executor. Given under my hand and seal this 8th day of June one thousand eight hundred and sixty one. Mary (hermark) Bradshaw Signed sealed in the presence of John A. Hundley Margret(sic) Hundley It a court for the County of Southampton on the 20th day of July 1863 this last will and testament of Mary Bradshaw deceased was this day proved by the oaths of John A. Hundley and Margaret Hundley the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. And on the motion of James Hundley the executor therein named who made oath and together with Arrington Gardner and Collin Kitchen his securites (who justified on oath as to their sufficiency) entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of four hundred dollars conditioned according to law certificate is granted him for obtaining probat of the said will in due form Testee L.
