BARNES the executor therein named who made oath thereto and together with Samuel TURNER and William PHILLIPS his securities entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of ten thousand Dollars & on the 18 day of November 1816 entered into with Jesse D. BEAL his Securities and acknowledged another bond in the Penalty of five Thousand dollars both Conditioned as the law directs certificate is granted the said Collin W.
