To son Joshua Barnes all of a survey of land lying on the west side of the Cyprus Road adj. lands of Wm Fowler and Jacob Barnes. To son Joshua one bed and furniture and one cow and calf. To son James Barnes the lands and plantation whereon I now live as far as a line of markt trees crossing the said land from the side line to the Cyprus Swamp. To son James (and his heirs and assignees forever, as with others) one cow and calf To son Burwell Barns (heir and assignees forever, etc.) all that part of the tract or parcel of land that lies on the Cyprus Swamp above the Cross line having already given the lower part to my son James. To son Burwell one gun and bayonet, and one cow and calf To dau Mary Barrett one cow and calf To dau Priscilla Barnes one pewter bason To dau Elizabeth Barns one pewter bason To dau Martha Barns one pewter dish. The rest and residue of my personal estate undisposed of by this my will I leave to wife Elizabeth during her life as a widow but is she should marry or at her death the remainder of estate be equally divided betw/my wife and two of my aforesaid sons James and Burwell and three of my aforesaid daus Priscilla, Elizabeth and Martha.
