If said Lydia M Birtte, my wife, should marry again she forfits all interest in my property except what the law provides. I furthermore leave my wife Lydia M Britte, administrator of my estate, assisted by, Wm E Myrick and E W Beale; the said Lydia M Britte to perform the part of above I affix my hand & the presence of Witness this 25th day of January A D Eighteen hundred and Eighty three. Test or Witness: R T Fiers J T Britt J S Barnes At a Court held for the County of Southampton on the 19th day of February 1883. This last will and testament of J T Britt, decd was partly proved by the oath of J S Barnes, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and continued for further proof. And at a Court held or the said County on the 20th day of February 1883, This last will and testament of J T Britt decd was fully proved by the oath of R T Fiers the other Subscribing witness thereto, and ordered to be recorded And on the motion of Lydia M Britt, the Executrix therein named, who made oath according to law, and entered into and acknowledged and bond in the penalty of one Thousand Dollars, Conditioned as the law directs, but without Security, the will directing that None should be required, and the Court requiring None. Which bond is ordered to be recorded. Certificate is granted the said Lydia M Britt, for obtaining [page break] probate of said will in due form.
