Be it Known to all persons that I do this 11th day of March in the year 1896 make my Last will and testament to wit; I Emmy Britt do give and bequeath to my son James T Britt at my death free possession of my home and land to he his in fee simple and unmolested his natural life, with the request and requirement that he shall give my daughter Sallie A Britt a home with him as long as she shall remain single. 2nd At the death of my son J T Britt, if he has no lawful heirs, I give the above named property to my son George R Britt wit the same provision, vis __ that if my daughter Sallie A Britt should be living she shall have a home and if she is the longest living of the three children herein mentioned I give it to her inf fee simple to dispose of or do according to her own free will. If my daughter Sallie A Britt should be the shortest lived then at the death of both my children Jas T & Geo R Britt, I give the said property to my nearest living heirs, to won and dispose of as they choose. This is my last will and testament as witnesseth: my hand and seal this 11th day of March 1896.
