Recorded: March 1, 1928

Virginia: In the Circuit Court of Southampton Co.
This day personally appeared L G Parsons, Administrator of the estate of N B
Britt, who departed this life on the 21” day of July, 1927, and made oath that
to the best of his knowledge and belief, no will was left made by said decedent,
that diligent search has been made and no will has been found and that the
following named are all of the heirs at law with their ages and addresses namely –
P L Britt, age 41, son of decedent, address, Ivor, Va
W G Britt, age 36, son of decedent, address, Ivor, Va
Mrs L G Parsons, age 38, daughter of decedent, address, Ivor, Va.

Subscribed and sworn to before me and admitted to record this 1st day of March,
1928
