All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, I Henry Coker of the County of Southampton being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this writing for my last will and testament as follows: I give and devise unto my daughter in law Mary, now the widow of my son Jonathan Coker, deceased, the use and profits of one third part of the plantation whereon my said son Jonathan formerly lived with one third of one hundred and forty acres of land adjoining including the said plantation for and during the term of her natural life bounded by a line which I have made and supposed to contain that quantity, be the same more or less. I give and devise unto my grandson Jonathan Coker after the death of his mother, the aforesaid one third of the land and plantation herein before given to her for life, also I devise the remaining two thirds of the said lands and plantation bounded as above discribed to my said grandson Jonathan Coker the whole to him and his heirs and assigns forever. I give and devise unto my grandson James Coker, son of my deceased son Jonathan Coker, the plantation whereon I now live with one hundred acres of land thereto adjoining bounded by lines which I have made and supposed by me to contain that quantity whether the same be more or less to hold to him and his heirs and assigns forever. And for the love and good will which I have for my wife Sarah Coker, my will and desire is that after her debts is paid the whole of my estate that was her property in her widowhood, that shall be found at my death, shall return to her again to be at her disposal. I give and devise to my grandson Wilson Coker five shillings to him and his heirs forever and all the rest of my estate for what nature or kind the same may be after the payment of my debts I give to be equally divided between such of the children of my daughters Holland? and Mary shall bring at my death, my desire is it shall be divided by appraisement and be sold. I appoint my friends and neighbors Jordan Judkins and Joshua Bailey Executors of this my Last Will and Testament and hereby revoking all other wills by me heretofore made.
