I give unto my Loving Wife Catherine Dunkley the Plantation I now live on and all my Lands Containing four hundred Acres be the Same more or less to her and her Heirs for ever I give unto my said wife Catherine Nine Negro's by Name Miel Nero Jane Sam Peter Jemmy Joyce Abraham & Isaac to her and her Heirs forever And all the rest of my Estate goods and Chattels whatsoever I give unto my said wife and her Heirs forever and do appoint my said wife Catherine Dunkley my Executrix to this my last Will and Testament and She is not be held to give Security to the Court in proving my Will and I do revoke and Disanul all other Will heretofore made by me In witness whereof I hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this 14th Day of March 1747-8. The within Last Will and Testament was presented in Court by Elizabeth Dunkley the Ex.cutrix therein named who made Oath thereto proved by the Oaths of the witnesses and is Ordered to be Recorded And on the Motion of the said ~ Executrix Certificate is granted her for obtaining a Probat thereof in due form Cope Test.
