In the Name of God Amen  I John ELZEY of S.t Luke's Parish & County of Southampton being sick & 
weak of Body but of sound sence & disposing Memory do make this my last will & Testament in manner 
following:
Imprimis  I give to my beloved Wife Kezia ELZEY (after just debts are paid) the residue of my Estate both 
Real and Personal only requiring her to properly Execute & Support my son William ELZEY & the Child 
of which she is now Pregnant therewith
Item  I give and bequeath to my Neice Priscilla ADAMS my Black Colt Called Tryon to her and her heirs 
forever
And I do appoint my friend Joseph TOOKE Ex'or of this my last Will & Testament revoking all others 
before by me made  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal this 4th[?] day of 
November Anno Dom 17:72

     This will was proved by the oath of Drury LUNDY a witness thereto & ordered to be Recorded  And on 
the motion of W.m EDWARDS (who made oath according to Law Certificate was granted him for 
obtaining letters of Administration on the estate of the said John ELZEY with this will annexed whereon 
&c.
