... the foregoing contains a true and perfect inventory of all the personal 
estate of Howell Hines, deceased, as hath come to my hands as knowledge as yet 
have had the property devised to Mr. Hines appraised to its self which amounts 
to one hundred and twenty two pounds 17/8 which we as above bequeathed to her 
during life or widowhood given under my hand this _________day of June 179one 
(1791).

At a court held for the county of Southampton the 14th day of June 1792.  This 
inventory and appraisement of the estate of Howell Hines, deceased, was this 
day returned and ordered to be recorded.

Comment:  There was nothing written in the space prior to "day of June".  This 
portion of the document is included here in the event it may be of interest to 
those researching the Hines name.
