Will of Henry Harris
In the name of God Amen I Henry Harris of the County of Southampton 
through the abundant mercy and goodness of God weakened yet of a sound 
and perfect mind and memory do make and ______ this my last will and 
testament _______ manner and from following. Item 1stly I give and 
bequeth to my mother Lucy Harris the sum of Three Hundred dollars which 
______ and hers forever. 2ndly My Will and desire is that my just debts 
be paid and the balance divided between brothers namely Joel HARRIS, 
Lewis HARRIS, Howell HARRIS, James HARRIS, and my sister Sally GRIZZARD 
which I give unto them and their heirs forever. 3rdly I do nominate and 
teteste and appoint my brother Howell HARRIS Excutor to this my last 
Will and Testament. In ______ where of I have herewit affixed my seal 
15th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred 
thirty.
