Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Bridget Joyner all my lands whereon I now live and my negro man Primus and all the rest of my estate whatsoever and wheresoever to her and her heirs forever and I do appoint my loving wife Bridget Joyner whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking all other wills etc. by me before made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of October one thousand seven hundred and fifty seven. One negro man slave named Prymus, 6 cows and 3 calves, four heiffers(sic) and one bull, one mare, five sows, fifteen shoats and 14 piggs(sic), five head of sheep, 3 feather beds and furniture, two chests, 2 pewter dishes, four basons(sic) and 9 plates, 7 spoons, four iron pots and 2 pair hooks, one stone bottle, one stone water jugg(sic), two stone muggs(sic), 1 delph(sic) punch bowl, 3 meal sifters, one woolling wheel with two iron spindles and 3 pair cards, one pair stillards, one gunn(sic), one handsaw, 2 chiswells(sic), one auger, one drawing knife knife(sic) and one frow(sic), four axes, six hoes, two plow hoes, 2 chairs, one squair(sic) table, one bench and six stools, eight old baskets, four cyder(sic) hogsheads, six old barrels, one meal bagg(sic), one old looking glass, 3 table knives and 8 forlks(sic), one box iron and heaters, one grind stone, one razor and 1 hone, and four files, one pepper box and 1 tin funnel, one frying pan, one mans saddle and brydle(sic), one cart saddle collar and harness, one cart and wheels, 3 glass bottles, 2 pails, one piggin, one tub, some mans wairing apparil(sic), 8 geese, five books, one bread tray, 1 pr horse fleams, one ink pot, 2 reep(sic) hooks, 2 wooddon(sic) bowls, 3 bells, one pair fire tongues(sic), one iron candle stick, one grater, one iron skillet, one tobacco knife, one 2 foot rule, 1 pr carpenters cumpasses(sic).
