To my brothers Elisha and Mathew(sic) I do bequeath all the interest on the land where I have resided. To my sisters Missouri and Catherine I give all my other peoperty of every description but to my Mother I reserve the use of all my property during her natural life, and then it is to be divided as above directed. In witness of above I hereto affix my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of September in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and sixty nine. Mary (hermark) Joiner Witness W. A. Masenburg Susan M. Kitchen At a court held for the County of Southampton on the 18th day of July 1870 this last will and testament of Mary Joyner deceased was proved by the oath of W. A. Massenburg one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and at a court held for the said County on the 19th day of September 1870 it was fully proved by the oath of Susan M. Kitchen the other subscribing witness and ordered to be recorded.
