William JOYNER (1793-1829), will dated 15 Feb 1827, proved 21 Dec 1829 

In the name of God amen I William Joyner being in perfect health and mind doth 
order this my last will and testament that is to say I give my body to the earth 
to be buried in the Christian way at the expense of my estate and the remainder 
if any I give to Henry Joyner and his wife Peggy Joyner, to be freely possessed 
by them and their heirs forever. And I do further deny any will heretofore made 
by me, acknowledged in the presence of us and in the presence of each other this 
15th day of February 1827.

At a court held for the county of Southampton the 21st day of Decr 1829 this last 
will and testament of William Joyner deceased was proved by the oaths of Solomon 
Gay and James Vick two of the witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.
